PRIVACY / EARLY ACCESS

Privacy notice

Who is responsible

The Freedom Brand project is responsible for the personal data collected by this website. For privacy questions or requests, email freedom@insertdomainhere.co.uk.

What we collect

When you join, we collect the email address you provide and the form location used to submit it. We do not ask for your name, employer, income or payment details.

Our hosting infrastructure may create standard access and security logs, which can include an IP address and browser information. The form uses a server-keyed pseudonymous identifier derived from the network address and empty event files to limit repeated valid submissions. The handler ignores events older than ten minutes, and a cleanup task runs every 15 minutes, so stale event files are retained for no more than about 30 minutes. We do not use this information for marketing or visitor profiling.

Why we use it

We use your address to send occasional early-access updates about the project and to tell you when the first practical release is ready. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

We will not sell your address or add it to unrelated marketing lists.

How it is handled

The website sends your request to the project mailbox. Hosting and email providers process the message to deliver and protect the service. The application does not create a separate public subscriber database.

The site currently loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That request shares standard connection data, such as your IP address and browser information, with Google; we do not use it for advertising or analytics.

We keep the request only while it is needed for early-access communication. We delete it when you withdraw consent, or within 12 months if no early-access programme launches.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, or object to how your information is handled by emailing freedom@insertdomainhere.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use.

You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe your data rights have not been respected.

Cookies and analytics

This MVP does not use tracking cookies or behavioural analytics. If that changes, this notice and the site’s consent controls will be updated before tracking is enabled.
